It must be something to do with the modem which is out of reach right now. Of course, lines could have gotten crossed when I was on the phone to them. I'll call again and double check tomorrow. The account is gone inactive due to not being topped up or something similar and Meteor need to reactivate the account. Let me know if I can help in anyway (used to work for them).
